Privacy Policy

No legal entity has been registered yet. This privacy policy is a statement of current practice. A business entity registration is planned — the operator will supply company details before this policy is binding. Until then, this policy describes the data practices of the service as operated.

What data is collected

Timelinefix.AI is a stateless tool. We do not operate user accounts, store submitted text, or maintain a database of timelines. When you paste text into the tool and click Analyze:

The text you submit is sent from your browser to the Cloudflare Worker that powers the tool.
The Worker forwards the text to a third-party LLM provider (OpenRouter) for processing. The LLM provider receives the text and returns a structured result.
The result is returned to your browser. It is not stored on any server operated by us.

We do not intentionally collect or retain:

Personal information (name, email address, or any identifier)
Submitted incident text after your session ends
IP addresses mapped to specific users or sessions
Cookies or tracking identifiers

Third-party processing

Text submitted via the tool is processed by OpenRouter (their privacy policy), which routes requests to LLM providers. The LLM provider receives the text you submit in order to generate the structured timeline. We cannot control how the LLM provider handles data sent to their API. If you include personal or sensitive information in your incident notes, that information will be transmitted to the LLM provider.

Data retention

We do not operate a database. The Worker does not log submitted text or timeline results. Cloudflare may retain request logs for operational purposes under its standard data processing terms (Cloudflare Privacy Policy). No submitted content is intentionally retained.

Your rights

Because we do not collect, store, or process personal data in any retrievable form, we cannot identify, access, or delete data belonging to a specific individual. If you have questions about data handling, the operator may be contacted — however, no dedicated contact address or data protection officer has been assigned. This section will be updated once a legal entity and contact method are established.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
