Terms of Service
Last updated: August 25, 2026
1. Service description
Timelinefix.AI is a stateless tool that accepts raw incident notes and returns a structured timeline. It does not:
- Store submitted text or generated timelines server-side.
- Offer user accounts or authentication.
- Send email, alerts, or notifications.
- Integrate with any monitoring, alerting, or paging system.
- Persist data across sessions.
2. No warranties
The tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The output is generated by a large language model based on the text you provide. The tool does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or correctness of the generated timeline, gap analysis, root cause identification, or action items. The gaps identified may be incomplete, and the events extracted may misrepresent the underlying incident.
The operator disclaims all liability for decisions made based on tool output.
3. User responsibilities
You agree not to submit text that contains:
- Personal data of individuals without their consent (beyond what is necessary for a legitimate incident record).
- Trade secrets, classified information, or material protected by a non-disclosure agreement that prohibits transmission to third-party LLM providers.
- Malicious content, including but not limited to code intended to exploit the tool or its infrastructure.
Text submitted to the tool is transmitted to third-party LLM providers (via OpenRouter) for processing. Do not submit information you are not authorised to share with these providers.
4. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the text you submit. We claim no ownership over the input or the generated output. The tool, its interface design, and the Timelinefix.AI brand are the intellectual property of the operator (entity name to be registered).
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the operator (or any future registered entity) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the tool.
6. Third-party services
This tool uses OpenRouter as an intermediary for accessing LLM providers. Your use of the tool also constitutes use of OpenRouter's services and any downstream LLM provider's services. We are not responsible for the data handling practices of these third parties.
7. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing law
No governing law or jurisdiction has been designated because no legal entity has been registered. This section will be populated once the operator establishes the business entity and selects a jurisdiction.
9. Contact
No contact address, email, or phone number is available at this time. The operator has not established a communication channel for legal or support inquiries. This section will be updated when contact details are established.
